והיה כעץ שתול על פלגי מים אשר פריו יתן בעתו ועלהו לא יבול וכל אשר יעשה יצליח׃
This is the third verse of the first psalm of the Book of Psalms, in the modern Hebrew script.
ve.ha.ya ke.ets sha.tul al-pal.gei ma.yim
a.sher pir.yo yi.ten be.i.to
ve.a.le.hu lo yi.bol
ve.khol a.sher-ya.a.se yats.li.akh:
Which means:
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
his leaf also shall not wither;
and all that he doeth shall prosper.
This is traditionally recited on Saturdays (the Jewish Shabath) and High Holidays. It speaks of the characteristics of those who follow the ways of God.

This is very similar to Jeremiah, 17:7-8:
Blessed is the man that confideth in Jehovah, and whose confidence Jehovah is.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out its roots by the stream, and he shall not see when heat cometh, but his leaf shall be green; and in the year of drought he shall not be careful, neither shall he cease to yield fruit.
